Welcome to Caldrenova. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Caldrenova, operated by Caldrenova Commerce LLC. Caldrenova operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Caldrenova is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when you access, browse, interact with, or purchase from our Services.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully. They include important information about your legal rights, orders, payments, shipping, returns, warranties and limitations of liability.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from Caldrenova.

We reserve the right to accept or decline an order, including in cases of product unavailability, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, listing errors, payment issues, shipping restrictions or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

Payment must be successfully authorized or processed before an order can be fulfilled.

You may request to cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To request a cancellation, you can use the available cancellation option in your customer account at https://account.caldrenova.com/orders or contact us by email at support@caldrenova.com.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation under our voluntary pre-shipment cancellation policy may no longer be possible. This does not affect any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, return, or consumer rights available to you under applicable law.

If we cancel an order or need to make a material change to your order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided with the order.

Purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.

Unless otherwise agreed, products purchased through our store are intended for personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice.

The price charged for a product will be the price displayed and confirmed at the time you place your order, subject to correction of obvious pricing or listing errors.

Depending on your location and selected market, prices may be displayed in different currencies.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges or other charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout where required.

For destinations that we serve using duties-paid delivery services, applicable import duties and import taxes associated with delivery are handled by us or our logistics provider unless otherwise stated at checkout.

You should not normally be required to pay additional import duties upon delivery for orders shipped using our duties-paid service. If a carrier or customs authority unexpectedly requests additional import duties or import taxes, please contact us before making payment where reasonably possible.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing, payment and account information.

By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use that payment method and authorize us and our payment providers to charge the amount shown at checkout.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders require processing before shipment. Estimated processing and delivery times may be displayed at checkout or in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Shipping may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, public holidays, transportation disruptions and other external events.

We will provide tracking information when available.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

If you notice an address error before your order ships, please contact us as soon as possible.

Risk of loss will pass in accordance with applicable law. Where applicable consumer law requires us to remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or a person designated by you, those rights will apply.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Our voluntary standard return period is 30 days from the delivery of the last item in the order, subject to the conditions and exceptions described in our Return and Refund Policy.

If the final day of the return window falls on a weekend or applicable holiday, the return window may be extended to the next business day in accordance with our return rules.

For standard returns under our voluntary return policy that are not caused by a defective, damaged or incorrect item, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We do not ordinarily provide prepaid return shipping labels for standard returns.

Approved return addresses may vary depending on your location and the circumstances of the return.

For returns under our voluntary 30-day return policy, please follow the return instructions and use the return address we provide before sending an item back.

These procedural requirements do not limit any mandatory statutory withdrawal, cancellation, return, or consumer rights available under applicable law.

Nothing in our Return and Refund Policy limits mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Services, including our trademarks, brand name, logos, text, graphics, photographs, videos, product descriptions, website design and other content, are owned by or licensed to Caldrenova or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unless expressly permitted by us, you may not reproduce, distribute, republish, modify, copy, scrape, sell, commercially exploit or create derivative works from content made available through the Services.

Caldrenova names, logos, designs and slogans may not be used without our prior written permission.

Shopify's name, logos and trademarks belong to Shopify or its affiliates.

All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

We do not necessarily control or monitor these third-party tools.

SECTION 10 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Caldrenova is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, purchases made through our store are made directly between you and Caldrenova.

Shopify is not the seller of the products offered by Caldrenova and is not responsible for the fulfillment, quality, safety or delivery of products purchased from Caldrenova, except to the extent Shopify separately provides a service directly to you.

Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Caldrenova Commerce LLC in the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory laws of your country or region of residence apply.

Where applicable consumer protection laws give you the right to bring a claim in your home jurisdiction or provide protections that cannot be waived by contract, those rights are not affected by this section.

To the extent permitted by law, disputes that are required to be brought in the United States may be brought before courts of competent jurisdiction in Wyoming.
